How to Register
You can register online or download a printable registration form and post it in to us; available from the downloads page.
Registrations close at 5.00pm Friday, 30th of March. No late registrations are accepted!!
How much does it cost?
- $120 (Early-bird): until 5.00pm Monday, 19th of March.
- $129 (Standard): until registrations close.
All fees must be paid in a single payment before camp there is no part payment of fees.
There are no day passes or discounts for part attendance or not eating the food. (We do supply vegetarian and gluten free options.)
Your camp fee covers everything including food! However there are some activities that attract a small surcharge.
Family Discount(Not available online.)
A family discount is available at $115 per person, Terms & Conditions apply:
- Registrations must be submitted together (i.e. in the same envelope or hand delivered together.
Use the downloadable Rego Form) - The full fees and completed registration forms are received at CYS by 5pm Monday 19th March 2012, AND
- Campers applying for family discount are all under 18 / still at school.
- Applicants are financially dependent on the same adult(s). Proof that the campers are from the same family must be supplied if requested.
Day Visitors & Leave Passes
A strict NO visitors policy applies once camp has started backed up by our 24/7 security team to keep the campsite secure. If you need to leave the campsite for any reason before then end of camp you will need a "Leave Pass".
Leave passes must be pre-arranged at least 14 days before camp with written permission from parents / Guardians if you are under 18.
Your youth leader has info on how to apply for a leave pass.
Sick before camp?
If you get sick before camp, please do not come we don't want you to get everyone else sick.
If you ring the office we can arrange a refund after camp (Excluding the $40 non-refundable part).
